Founded in 2025 by Ollie, Fresh Coffee Collective started as a passion project with a simple idea: to make a difference by bringing great coffee to the local community.

What began as a small venture has grown into something much more — a mission to make high-quality, thoughtfully sourced coffee more accessible, while helping people discover the story behind every cup. We believe great coffee should come with a sense of place, purpose and connection, from where the beans are grown to how they reach your cup.

You’ll find us at farmers’ markets and local events across the Midlands, with a particular focus on Leicestershire — bringing fresh, quality coffee directly to the communities we’re proud to be part of.
