Our Story

Fresh Coffee Collective is a family-run business founded by Ollie in 2025. We are dedicated to bringing the highest quality coffee to our community. Based in Leicestershire, we roast our coffee in small batches to ensure freshness and flavor integrity. 

Fresh Coffee Collective was founded with a point to prove, So much coffee is consumed on a daily basis all over the world. Majoirty of people in the UK will opt for the cheaper and easier option of instant coffee. Now this is where coffee gets a bad wrap, highly processed coffee like instant has a long shelf life which is great but that's where the benefits stop! 

Fresh Coffee on the other hand is a health drink (just not really advertised as one!)  it has so much research to prove that it has some really exciting health benefits that most of us didn't even know.
